Item Description:
This pullover jacket features a nylon x silk shrunken taffeta on the surface and a lightweight, heat-retaining recycled polyester fleece on the lining.
Using 110d nylon for the warp and 2/120 silk spun yarn for the weft, the original fabric is shrunken and then dyed in Kyoto, creating an original material that is easy to handle while still having the qualities of silk.
The fabric is woven in Fukui Prefecture, a leading silk fabric production area in Japan, by a textile mill with a history of about 130 years.
It is combined with 100% recycled polyester fleece that is easy to wear throughout the year, except in midsummer.
The elegant luster of nylon silk and the highly versatile fleece make it suitable for a wide range of uses, both as an outer layer and a mid-layer.
