This is an extremely rare misprint promo. I managed a comic and card store. These were sent out by mistake, and they were supposed to be thrown out. New ones were sent out before the tournament.
Given away during the prerelease tournament for dragon ball budokai tenkaichi video game. This card is misprinted and should say saiyan, but instead says alien.
