Everything in the photos is included.

When shipping, I will disassemble it to fit in the box, put the pieces in a ziplock bag, then put it in the box and wrap it with bubble wrap.

I am selling this to organize my child's toys.

After building it, I disassembled it and stored it. My child built it again for this listing.

I believe everything is included, but I have only checked it once and it is a layman's inspection.
The instructions are included, but they show signs of use, such as small scratches and minor folds.

I have wiped and cleaned the LEGO pieces as much as possible.

Please understand that this is a used item and that the inspection is done by an amateur. Please consider this before purchasing.
