The unique pendant appears to be made of a copper colored metal, enamel and rhinestones. This could be a family coat-of-arms or a military medal. This medallion pendant is incredibly detailed with many layers of symbolism. The outer edge is a starburst shape with opal and red rhinestones at the points. The next layer is a laurel wreath encircling a royal blue curtain with a crown at the top. Inside the curtain is a shield with a white and gold background with four symbols on the red shield: Fleur de lis, Harp, Lion/Sun and Castle. There is slight wear to the gold embossing on the symbols inside the shield, and there is some missing foil backing on one of the opal rhinestones as seen in the photos. The medal appears to be handmade and does have some rough areas. SKU: 072TTT
