Rare vintage 1940s - 1950s mid century Wadsworth Ball and Chain makeup powder compact and chain connected lipstick holder, with box. Has never been used, new old stock. Ball compact includes mirror, powder puff, and sifter, and the clasp works well.
Please see pics closely for wear on box (mostly corners) and imperfections in metal. Ball has a tiny dent and a small white spot. Metal on lipstick holder has some imperfections. Puff has a little discoloration and mirror has some smudges. Could be cleaned up a little, but I'm nervous to do too much with it.
NOTE: item has been stored safety in my grandparents' basement for decades, but likely has a MUSTY SMELL.
