Directions
This is the best chocolate chip cookies recipe ever! A simple, straightforward, amazingly delicious, doughy yet still fully cooked, chocolate chip cookie that turns out perfectly every single time!

In a bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and cornstarch. Set it aside; |

In another bowl, cream together butter, vanilla and sugars until combined; |

Mix in the dry ingredients, chocolate chips and nuts until combined. |

Divide the dough into 16, roll into balls and place them in the fridge for 1h to firm up; |

Preheat the oven to 160C. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside; |

Place the balls evenly spaced on your prepared cookie sheets. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 16 minutes; Note: Do not over bake! When you remove the cookies from the oven they will still look doughy. Don't worry, this is the secret that makes these cookies so absolutely amazing! |
