What a pleasure, to start your day with a tummy-filling bowl of delicious whole-grain granola! This granola makes a wonderful snack or breakfast (add your milk of choice and maybe some fresh fruit). It also stores beautifully, so it makes a great homemade gift.

In a food processor, add the hazelnuts, almonds, and pumpkin seeds. Process it for 5 seconds on medium speed. Transfer it to a large bowl; |

To the large bowl add the rest of the ingredients and mix it until everything is well combined; |

Preheat your oven to 150ºC and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper; |

Pour the granola onto your prepared pan and use a large spoon to spread it in an even layer; |

Bake until lightly golden, about 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway (for extra-clumpy granola, press the stirred granola down with your spatula to create a more even layer); Note: It might not seem like it’s done yet, but it will continue to crisp up as it cools. |

Let the granola cool completely before storing it in an airtight container at room temperature. Enjoy your breakfast! |
