In a large cup or mason jar, mix together all the ingredients for 1 to 2 minutes to prevent clumping;

Cover and chill in the fridge for 1 - 2 hours, or overnight.

When ready to serve, give it one more stir and add your favorite toppings. I used stewed berries, plant-based yogurt, granola and fresh fruit.
