This recipe is so easy, quick, delicious, and super versatile. Just trough whatever leftovers you have on your fridge or in your storeroom like veggies, chickpeas, cooked lentils, beans, nuts, dried fruits…The options are endless! This is recipe is also a great option for meal prep! You can serve it with smoked tofu, minced soya, roasted chickpeas… Whatever you want!

Heat a pan on medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and stir fry the vegetables until tender; |

Add the noodles and the soy sauce to the stir-frying. Mix it, adjust the seasonings to your taste and add the mixed seeds. And...done! Simple as that. |
